    Almost 40% of Americans Say Their Mood Declines in the Winter

The American Psychiatric Association says a recent poll showed almost 40% of Americans say their mood declines in the winter, and nearly 25% say they feel depressed. Anyone with a persistent sad, anxious, or empty mood most of the day, nearly every day should reach out for help.
