Woman Files Lawsuit After Cops Break Into Wrong Apartment

A woman is suing the Seattle Police Department after they broke into the wrong apartment. Elisabeth Rehn was getting ready to take a bath when police officers kicked down her apartment door. She was shaking uncontrollably and crying. The suspect they were looking for was in the building next door. Rehn’s lawyer says she was put in "mortal fear" of losing her life.
