Angela Nickel was having a problem choosing the right dress for her upcoming 25th high school reunion because of what she calls “bra fat.” The busy 43-year-old mom of two teens juggles a demanding job as a health care executive and still squeezes in a workout three days a week, but it hasn't helped her get rid of the bulge near her bra straps. New York City cosmetic surgeon Dr. Elie Levine says more and more women are getting a little nip and tuck to get rid of unwanted fat in the area.
