Sergeant Mom Surprises Freshman Daughter During Gym Class

High school freshman Kyesia Johnson was just trying to make it through gym class when she got a happy surprise. Her mom, Staff Sergeant Jessica Brooks, appeared at the door! Jessica had been deployed to Kuwait for the past nine months. She missed several milestones in her daughter's life, including her daughter's first day of high school and cheerleading competitions. Fortunately, other family members have been supportive during her time away.
