Sheriff’s Deputy Reunited With Baby Girl 3 Years After He Saved Her

San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Deputy Mike Richardson was questioning neighbors in Rancho Cucamonga about a shooting when he came across baby Payge in a filthy trailer. At the time, she was badly malnourished and emaciated. Doctors say he got to her just in time. Now, nearly three years later, he says saving her life was the joy of his career.
