12-Year-Old Boy Choked by Older Student on School Bus

A shocking video shows an older female student choking a 12-year-old boy on a school bus in Virginia. The boy's mom says she is transferring her son to another school. The school district in Virginia tells Inside Edition: “The school administration handled the situation in line with the student discipline manual." It comes as anguished students spoke at a school board meeting over the death of Adriana Kuch, who took her own life after she was beaten by bullies at her high school.
