Soccer Players Hope to Represent Peru at the 2022 Amputee World Cup

Every week, a dedicated group of 25 people including coaches and players train so they can display their talents on one of the world’s biggest stages. They are hoping to qualify for the 2022 Amputee World Cup, representing Peru. “This is historical and we are very happy and motivated to represent our country as a selection,” said Eduardo Garcia Tuesta, the president of the National Soccer Association for Amputees of Peru.
