Sofia Vergara celebrating her 51st birthday on vacation in Italy. The "America's Got Talent" judge modeled several swimsuits including a neon-green one-piece for her special day. She also went sailing off the Italian coast in a white one-piece bathing suit. In an Instagram caption, she says "Waking up here on my 51st birthday!
