Soldier Leads Virginia Cops on 2-Hour Slow Speed Chase Driving Armed Car

A bizarre police chase unfolded in Virginia as someone stole a military armored personnel carrier and took cops on a wild pursuit through downtown Richmond. The vehicle can only reach a maximum speed of 40 miles per hour, but that didn’t stop the driver, National Guardsman Joshua Yabut. He actually tweeted video and photos from inside the vehicle. Fortunately, the chase ended with no injuries or crashes, and Yabut was arrested.
