Southwest Passengers Praise Pilot With 'Nerves of Steel' After In-Flight Ordeal

A Southwest Airlines pilot has been hailed a hero by her passengers. "She has nerves of steel," Alfred Tumlinson told CBS This Morning. "That lady, I applaud her. I'm going to send her a Christmas card." Tammie Jo Shults was flying the plane from New York to Dallas when the left engine suddenly failed and she was forced to make an emergency landing in Philadelphia. One passenger was killed.
