Southwest Passengers Praise Pilot With 'Nerves of Steel' After In-Flight Ordeal

A Southwest Airlines pilot has been hailed a hero by her passengers. "She has nerves of steel," Alfred Tumlinson told CBS This Morning. "That lady, I applaud her.
