A Connecticut State Trooper nearing retirement has been placed on desk duty pending an internal affairs investigation after an explosive tirade at a driver he had just pulled over was caught on video. The driver began recording on his phone after he was pulled over for allegedly speeding and giving the finger to the trooper, who he said was in an unmarked car. When the trooper tells him to get out of the car, things get heated. State Police Deputy Commissioner called the behavior "disturbing."
