Stephon Clark’s Fiancee Cries After Learning Cops Won’t Face Charges in Death

The two Sacramento police officers who shot and killed 22-year-old Stephon Clark in his grandmother's backyard last March will not face any charges, according to the Sacramento district attorney. On Saturday, Anne Marie Schubert announced the lethal force the officers used in this case was legal. Officers shot at Clark 20 times last year in his grandmother's backyard. Clark's finance said the decision is "continuing the shameful legacy of officers killing black men without consequences." InsideEdition.com's Stephanie Officer has the details.
