A person of interest in the Stockton serial killer case is reminiscent of a suspect wanted for two killings in Chicago in 2018. Earlier this month, the Stockton Police chief released this surveillance video of a person they want to question in their case, noting the unusual way the person walks. It reminded some viewers of a suspect that Chicago police say killed two people in 2018, dubbed the ‘Duck Walk Killer.’ Inside Edition Digital’s Mara Montalbano has more.
