Store Owner Cuts Umbilical Cord of Baby Born in Butcher Shop

A pregnant woman didn't make it to the hospital on time and delivered her baby inside a butcher shop in California. The cashier called 911 and other staff in the store all rushed to help until an ambulance arrived. The baby named Toby is healthy according to the store owner, who started a campaign to raise money for the newborn so he'll have necessities when he and his mom get out of the hospital.
