Strangers Pitch In to Save Toddlers Dangling Out Chicago Window

The 911 calls made after two toddlers were seen hanging out of the third floor window of a Chicago apartment last week have been released. The 2-year-olds were in their diapers as they dangled outside the window more than 20 feet above the ground Tuesday. Three stories below, good Samaritans gathered with outstretched arms to catch them. The children were uninjured and Chicago police say there was an adult home at the time of the incident, but they didn’t see what was happening.
