    With temperatures plummeting across the USA, INSIDE EDITION traveled to the University of Wisconsin in Madison to see if college students were taking the extreme winter weather seriously. During the day, students on campus were bundled up in their warmest winter wear. But as the night heated up, the snow started to fall, and the temperature dropped to a bone-chilling 16 degrees. But that didn't stop some college students from shedding their bulky winter coats and hitting the town in style.
