It's the first video of the accused child murderer from a 30-year-old cold case. Now authorities are investigating whether the suspect could be linked to another notorious and unsolved murder case of two teenagers on a nature trail two hours away. John Miller was arrested this week for the strangulation of April Tinsley, 8, in 1988. April's murderer left taunting notes, and a message saying, "I kill eight-year-old April Marie Tinsley, I will kill again" scrawled on a barn door.
