Arrest Made After Cops Rescue Woman Chained to Floor of Kentucky Home

Police say they rescued a woman who was chained to the floor of a house after neighbors heard her calls for help. The Louisville Metro Police Department says two officers responded to the call and had trouble getting inside the house because the entire first floor was barricaded. Neighbors assisted in helping the officers get to the second floor where they entered the house through a window and saw the victim with a chain around her neck.
