Suspect Charged With Murder in Road Rage Shooting of 6-Year-Old Aiden Leos

The charge is murder for a suspect who allegedly shot into the back of a woman’s car, killing her 6-year-old son, Aiden Leos. 24-year-old Marcus Anthony Eriz and 23-year-old Wynne Lee were arrested in front of their home after law enforcement spent two weeks looking for them, according to California Highway Patrol. Eriz has been charged with murder and Lee has been charged with accessory after the fact and knowingly concealing a firearm.
