A man who led police on a high-speed chase was rescued by them after the police cruiser he allegedly stole flipped over onto train tracks. It all started during a traffic stop involving a different officer. Bodycam footage shows the officer at the driver’s side window when the suspect hops into his police cruiser and speeds off.
