Suspect Surrenders After Firing Rubber Bullets at Cops: LAPD

Cops say they found themselves in a standoff against a man armed with a BB gun. The LAPD says it was called to an apartment building by a woman who said her neighbor pointed a gun at her. When officers arrived on scene, they say the suspect emerged from his apartment holding what appeared to be a firearm and shot at officers.
