A Florida bodybuilder is the man the FBI says is behind the pipe bombs that spread fear and panic across America this week. A look into the Facebook page of Cesar Altieri Sayoc Jr., 56, shows he was pictured wearing a “Make America Great Again” hat at a Trump rally. He also apparently attended President Trump's inauguration. He put just about every aspect of his life on social media from pumping iron to posing with women in strip clubs. He lives in Aventura, north of Miami.
