Home surveillance video shows an alleged porch pirate disguised as a garbage bag shuffle up to a homeowner’s door. The alleged thief grabbed the small package and scurried off. The homeowner tells Inside Edition that he first thought it was a prank, but it was all real. Meanwhile, a New York porch pirate suspect got more than he bargained for when the homeowner came after him with a bat after the suspect stuffed a package into his bag.
