Teachers Say They Were Shot During Training Session
Some teachers say a school shooter training session may have gone too far after claiming they were hit with airsoft gun pellets during the drill. The training is called ALICE: Alert, Lockdown, Inform, Counter, Evacuate. It offers realistic drills to deal with school shooters, like last year's tragedy at Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School in Parkland, Florida. Some teachers at a school in Indiana said their ALICE training crossed a line, claiming they were left with welts after being shot.
