Teen Gets Texas Cop to Pull Over Girlfriend for Promposal

This teen got quite the scare for her promposal! Her boyfriend, Andrew, got cops to pull her over as part of the elaborate surprise. It was a new type of assignment for Officer David Tatsak with the Southlake Police Department in Texas. Andrew had asked Tatsak to help pull it off. The two will now go to prom together and will most definitely be traveling under the speed limit.
