Teens Accused of Killing Retired Police Chief Laugh in Court

Nevada teens accused of intentionally mowing down a 64-year-old man were seen laughing during a court hearing. Jesus Ayala and Jzamir Keys are charged with murder in the death of Andreas Probst, a former California police chief. A reporter says he saw one defendant flipping off the slain man's wife and daughter as they sat in the courtroom. Although they both were minors at the time of the attack, the judge ordered them to be tried as adults.
