Texas Hospital Successfully Separates Conjoined Twins

In a highly choreographed operation, a set of conjoined twins in Texas have been successfully detached. Doctors told James Finley and Amanda Arciniega that their twins were conjoined from the breast bone to the belly button. The rare condition is also usually fatal. The color-coded medical team spent 11 hours in the operating room. It took 4 pediatric surgeons, 3 anesthesiologists, 2 plastic surgeons and 18 other medical professionals to detach the girls.
