Texas Man Arrested in Shooting Death of 7-Year-Old Jazmine Barnes: Cops

Police in Texas have arrested a man in connection with the shooting death of 7-year-old Jazmine Barnes. The Harris County Sheriff's Office announced that a tip led them to arrest Eric Black Jr., 20. He's charged with capital murder and is being held without bail. Investigators say Jazmine was shot in the head while riding in a car with her mother and sisters near a Houston Walmart.
