Texas Police Say Woman Sleeping on Busy Road Was Intoxicated

Dashcam footage from Texas cops appears to show the moment a woman is found sleeping in the road. In the video, a car in front of Sgt. Scott's cruiser is seen swerving to avoid something in the road. The object was a person who looked to be sleeping. When helped up by the officer, the woman sat up and stumbled before she was arrested for public intoxication.
