One couple’s nightmare underscores the medical and emotional costs of the overturning of Roe v Wade. Amanda Zurawski and her husband underwent a year and a half of fertility treatments to conceive. But when she was 17 weeks and six days pregnant, Zurawski rushed to the hospital after her water broke.
