Texas Woman Rescues German Shepherd After Owner Abandons Dog on Road

A Texas man was spotted on camera dumping a German Shepherd onto the side of the road. As the man pulled off, the dog named Amos chased the vehicle, nearly getting hit by oncoming traffic. Animal activist Jeremy Boss says that stretch of road outside of Dallas, Texas, is America's No. 1 dumping ground for dogs. A woman who lives where the dog was dropped off yelled at the driver and rescued Amos from the busy street. Luckily, Amos only suffered minor injuries.
