He's back! Banksy's artwork hits the streets of his hometown. A new mural shows a girl with a sling shot and a splatter of red flowers. It went up just in time for Valentine’s Day. No one knows who Banksy really is but always confirms the artwork is his on Instagram. It was a sweet surprise for people in the Bristol, England, neighborhood.
