This dog was a ray of sunshine on a rainy marathon day. The wet weather didn't stop Spencer the dog from cheering on runners in the Boston Marathon. He put on a rain coat and stood on the sidelines with his Boston Strong flags. His owners say the runners loved his encouragement.
