Thieves Use Crowbar to Break Into Mailboxes: Cops

Two people are caught on camera using a crow bar to open other people’s mail boxes. Video was released out of Houston, Texas, showing the thieves in the middle of the night. Police say they made off with mail, medicine and a man's new bank card. The same duo was seen 10 days earlier breaking into another community mailbox. Inside Edition Digital has more.
