Neglected Dog Gets Second Chance in Prison

At 10 years old, Caesar the Staffordshire-Labrador mix is finally having the time of his life with his best mates, even if his home is a prison. “Up and down the landing all day, there's pats all day which is perfect for him because he suffers from separation anxiety so the jail has been excellent because he is never without a human,” Caesar’s handler tells the Associated Press.
