Tiger Cub Found in the Mail by Mexico Police

Someone tried to express-mail a baby tiger in Mexico. The cub was found sedated and packed into a sealed plastic tub by inspectors using a sniffer dog. Officials say the jungle cat was healthy overall, but dehydrated from the experience. Though the tiger's ownership papers were in order, the shipping method was considered animal mistreatment. The tiger was placed in the care of an animal rescue center.
