Ever wondered what was served on the Titanic as it made its first and last transatlantic crossing? A menu from the ill-fated vessel is up for auction. Henry Aldridge and Son is selling a water-stained piece of paper that detailed what first-class passengers could have eaten on April 11, 1912, just three days before the ship’s demise. Some of the culinary options included oysters, salmon hollandaise, spring lamb with mint sauce, or duck with port wine sauce.
