‘Titantic’ Prop Sells for Over $700,000 at Auction

It’s one of the most talked about props in movie history. An auction was held for the broken door that Rose floats on in “Titantic,” but was never quite big enough for Jack to hop onto as well. The piece sold for over $700,000 at an auction. Last year in honor of the film’s 25th anniversary, director James Cameron put the theory to the test on whether Jack could have fit.
