She may only be a year old, but Grace Rosian has already won two battles against cancer. Born two months premature with Down syndrome, Grace was diagnosed with a form of leukemia at birth. She started chemotherapy when she was just two days old. Two months later she was given the all clear and went home, but then went back after doctors discovered another form of leukemia.
