Tourists Stuck at Eiffel Tower Summit While Police Stop Climber

An American reporter was one of many people whose tour of the Eiffel Tower was halted. Police say someone tried to climb the tower and while they arrested him, these law abiding tourists got stuck at the summit. Many of them didn’t seem bothered by the delay and took in the beautiful views of the city. One man used the time to his advantage, popping the question to his partner.
