Trial Starts for Army Vet Suing 2 Cops for Traffic Stop

A trial is underway against two officers who pepper sprayed and pointed guns at an Army veteran during a traffic stop in Virginia in 2020. Lt. Caron Nazario is suing Windsor Police Officers Joe Gutierrez and Daniel Crocker for a reported $1 million, claiming assault and battery, unlawful imprisonment and illegal search. Gutierrez and Crocker deny any allegations of wrongdoing. Inside Edition Digital’s Mara Montalbano has more.
