Troopers Rescue Puppy From Highway

Troopers were happy to have located this suspect, not that she was in any trouble. Ohio State Police say they received a call that a dog was abandoned on a highway. A patrol car rushed out to the scene and quickly spotted the scared pup. Once they put a leash on the dog, they had to coax her to get off the road. The dog quickly warmed up to the officers, offering kisses and wanting to play. Inside Edition Digital’s Mara Montalbano has more.
