Two 16-Year-Olds Get Life in Prison for Murder of Transgender Girl

The 16-year-old killers of Brianna Ghey have been sentenced to life in prison. The U.K.’s Cheshire Police have released CCTV footage that showed Brianna leaving the house and getting on the bus to meet the two people who ultimately killed her. On Feb. 11th, 2023, Brianna Ghey was stabbed 28 times inside a park by Scarlett Jenkinson and Eddie Ratcliffe. Police say they found a knife with blood on it in Ratcliffe’s room, and that text messages between the teens detailed their intentions.
