Ukraine Woman Sets Guinness World Record for Biggest Collection of Ladybug Items

Nadiia Komarova loves things that look like ladybugs. Every corner of her Dnipro, Ukraine home is filled with ladybug paraphernalia: pictures, stuffed toys, tea kettles. It’s no surprise that she set a Guinness World Record for “Biggest Collection of Ladybug-Themed Items.” She started the project in 2009, when a friend gave her a ladybug brooch. She reckons she’s now in possession of about 20,000 ladybug items.
