A London cop tackles a watch thief in an undercover sting. The Metropolitan Police Service gave details on an intelligence operation that went after luxury watch thieves. The organization said, “These featured undercover officers wearing luxury watches and posing as members of the public at the times and locations we knew these criminals operated in, with the aim of catching them red-handed.” Operations like this led to 31 arrests and 27 successful charges, according to the Met.
