US Marshals Arrest Wrong Woman From Her Arizona Home

A woman says she is in a state of distress after US Marshals showed up at her home with guns drawn to take her into custody. Authorities told her they have an arrest warrant for parole violation. Penny McCarty says she has never been in trouble with the law. She told the Marshals they had the wrong woman. She was taken to a federal detention center. After 27 hours in custody, she was released. It was confirmed that her DNA and fingerprints did not match those of the real fugitive, Carol Rozak.
