Heartbroken families are hoping for a safe return of their loved ones in Israel. A California mom is pleading for help after her son was kidnapped at the Israeli music festival that came under attack by Hamas militants. Witnesses say her son, Hersh Goldberg-Polin, suffered a severe injury while trying to save others. His mom says his arm from elbow down was blown off. Inside Edition's Ann Mercogliano has more.
