Utah Teacher Accused of Killing Ex-Husband’s Girlfriend in Front of Their Kids

Utah teacher Chelsea Cook is accused of fatally shooting her former husband’s new girlfriend. The shooting took place while the victim, 26-year-old Lisa Williams, was decorating a Christmas tree with Cook’s 3-year-old twins. Williams was shot three times, and died later at the hospital. According to the victim’s family, Cook had been harassing Williams for several months prior to the shooting. Chelsea Cook has been charged with multiple felonies, including aggravated murder.
