Vet Admits Error That Caused Death of Instagram Dog Star Chloe

An animal hospital has admitted making a fatal error that killed Chloe the Mini Frenchie, an Instagram star with almost 200,000 fans. Owners Loni Edwards and Phil Toronto say they are devastated. “She was truly our child,” Edwards said. The French bulldog died following a routine surgical procedure on her throat. There has been an outpouring of sadness on social media following the heartbreaking news.
